	Tracking insurance credit calculations for each contractor, confirming their accuracy and negotiating with them when necessary.
	Working with our safety professionals to design, initiate and implement a proactive loss control program.
	Managing all facets of program administration and recordkeeping, from claims reporting and processing, to payroll, certificate and contractor tracking.
	Providing 24/7 information analysis, management and reporting via the construction insurance industry’s most robust system.
	Close out each contractor on the job by verifying final numbers with initial/awarding numbers and arranging physical audits with the carriers, as needed.
